i found a job!! not a pizza boy.. but a pizza maker! workin at rocky's pizza now!! do drop by if u happen to be free n happen to have money to spend cuz the pizzas here aint cheap.. BUT.. becuz the quality is there!! i tried n frankly.. its good (o_O)b okok.. enough of bragging.. lets get on with other nonsense..

i also continued my driving lessons.. hmm but then i have a feeling tht by the time i get tht freakin license.. my bank will be bled dried.. hhahahaha not cuz the lessons r ex but is becuz i m one hell of a poor chap.. if any good samaritans wanna help me lighten my burden.. feel free to call this number.. 1900-joey-needs-money =)

is money really a deciding factor in takin up a job?? cuz i was thinkin.. can someone be happy with a job AND it happens to pay well.. or be happy BECUZ the job pays well.. but after a period of time dread going to work but carries on becuz the good pay is like a carrot thts dangled in front of him.. forcing him to work his socks off?

well.. i have no idea wat e hell i m typin becuz right now i m watchin Ju on 2.. woah.. peerin over my shoulders at the same time juz in case some lady in bloodied white dress happens to be standin behind me with his son who sure needs some serious tannin..

howdy y'all!~ been a good week for you guys? well.. i think mine went pretty well... =) maybe becuz i had a lot of time to idle around, meet my baby and go for driving lessons.. hmm.. think i really have to look for a job nxt week..

speakin of lookin for a job.. i feel kinda slack cuz my fren has already been workin for 3 weeks plus already n i really admire him.. 'if i have to work 7 to 3 i have to wake up very early lor..' thts wat he told me... n he is intersted in gettin into the hotel industry n this job of his gave him a chance to familiarise himself with tht industry.. he didnt complain much n i really have to take my hats off to him... well.. looks like i have alot to learn.. =)

my portfolio hasnt had much of a progress.. think i shall do some drawing tml.. n the books i borrowed really opened my eyes to the interior designs ppl have.. some are really simple but exude a quiet elegance in them.. nothin loud.. thts the type of house i wan nxt time!! GO GO!!!

just had my driving lesson ytd.. n i muz say i actually still can driving despite not havin touched the steerin wheel for a long time!!

today i went over baby's house to help her brainstorm for her proj.. hahahah n she had all 6 ideas thought out! WOO!!! now all thts left is the makin of props for her lesson plans le.. jia you baby!!!

its been a rather long time since i updated my blog and i am very glad that i have the chance to write this entry because i nearly had a meeting with death..

A few days back, i had to take a cab back because i wasnt lucky enough to catch the last bus and last train back home. so i was going to walk over to the opposite side to catch a cab.. seeing tht the green man was already flashing.. i wanted to run but decided against it since i was feeling lazy. thank goodness for that because as i was crossing the road, a f**king tazi driver (not to say that all taxi drivers are one but this particular a$$hole is..) dashed the red light and nearly nealy knocked me down! No horn or whatsoever, that a$$ didnt even bother to slow down after that and sped off, so i didnt manage to take down his freaking car plate... that S.O.B... urgh... so i think i now know where all my luck went, to prevent me from meetin my makers too soon.. thks god...

well, time to talk about some happy stuff.. baby n i celebrated our 9th month yesterday! although its the norm to celebrate juz anniversary, i find this better and if possible, i will celebrate the number of days we have been together =) went to catch 'flushed away' .. damn hillarious movie.. highly intelligent of the rats or mice or rodents to create their own mini london which comes with the Big Ben.. hahahah lame dumbass frogs also provide LoL performances =D

YESH! got my ic back.. now i m officially a citizen! hahaha actually i dun really feel very happy.. instead i feel kinda lost.. cuz back then at least i had things to do.. now? i m tryin to find things to do.. hahaha oh well..

n after so many tried n 1 missed chance.. i passed my final theory! hahahah damn happy! =) now gonna continue with my lessons! =)

competition is reachin.. hope everything goes well for trainin later.. no mistakes!

ORD LU!! but it just wouldnt end smoothly.. apparently, the admin guys had forgotten to collect my ic.. oh man.. great.. now i have to make another trip back camp to collect it..

well.. 1 year 10 months actually passed by just like tht.. i can still vividly recall my first day in tekong.. seeing my mum tear as we said goodbye.. hahahaha then i had my hair shaved, juz like a newborn child.. learning everything again =) the friends i had met in BMT, SISPEC n TAB.. though i might not remember all ur names.. i still m able to recognize u if i ever bump into u on the street =)

then the passing out parade in Tekong.. wow.. sure was a grand one.. all the rehearsing we had to do.. then on the final day i thought i can go home straightaway.. but!!! i had to retake my SOC cuz i didnt manage to finish under the stipulated timing.. hahaha oh well.. had to return back camp the next day JUZ for tht.. gosh..

moving onto SISPEC.. thts where i really enjoyed myself! i actually met my old old pri sch fren n lots of frens whom i will come to see again i TAB.. lots of fun n food n card games.. n those ghost stories told to us by our sgts.. thks to my section leader sgt lim, who acutally is of e same age as us, who took us through the course with lots of fun, new knowledge n vulgarities.. hahahah

then after SISPEC course ended.. i was to be posted to Tengah.. at first i thought i was going to do some clerical work as a sgt which actually put me off.. cuz i thought i was going to go thru a mundane 8 to 5 job although it was real close to my house.. Fortunately (or unfortunately as i got to find out later) i was going to be a infantry spec there so to speak..

the course.. 8TH ASLC.. wow.. i m nvr ever going to forget tht.. especially the bunks which were a far cry from the ones we had in tekong.. this is colonial style bunks.. run down n all but somehow my frens and i managed to make it a little cosy.. hahahah all the fun, punishment, exercise we had actually helped me get my first gold in ippt.. something which was far beyond my grasp after the course ended. how can i ever forget the meals at malcom n club 2? hahahah

thru these period of time.. i got to noe alot of frens, expecially my buddies in BMT n in tengah.. THKS FOR ALL THE MEMORIES!!!

OPPS! i forget to mention something.. my time in air force school as a trainee for pilot.. hahaha i really liked the stay there n although i didnt manage to pass the course.. i still got to noe some good frens.. u guys noe who u r.. i think.. hahahah all the best for the future!

hmmm its no longer 3 more months.. 2 more months.. its 1 more day to ord!! WOO!!! lets juz hpoe i can finish all my clearance n leave in peace =)

2 more weeks to the dragon dance competition.. oh man.. hope everything goes well for each n every one of us!!

yesterday was suppose to be a rather easy lion dance performance but the unexpected happened..to me again.. -_- suppose to lift my very light friend up and have him sit on top of my head.. but halfway up.. my old injury happened.. shoulder semi popped out.. happened thrice and got them in all the three times.. ouch... stupid shoulder...

and i cant seem to get any idea on the path of study i wanna take next time.. interior design? culinary? fine arts? pyschology? oh man... or rather... which one suits me? somehow i have to admit.. i cant choose something tht i like and yet doesnt have a prospect, since the old thinkin is to find something tht will allow me to find a stable job in the future..

but there wun be any gain without venture n risk right?? well.. i think i really need to meet a 'gui ren' in the future otherwise i might be stuck in the work force as someone who has to work hard all his life..

if i were to choose something tht i noe i will enojy.. i will join the police force as either a CNB officer or... SOC.. hahaha well.. those r juz dreams.. hahahah

before the training i met my baby at her school.. sometimes (ok.. quite alot of times) when i look at her when she aint lookin.. i feel... happy and contented cuz she is in my life and almost everything else, my family members not included, seemed unimportant.. hahahah oh man.. hope this doesnt turn into..whats the word... AH!! tyrant? oh man.. cant seem to remember the word... damn.. returned whatever i learnt to my teachers.. hahaha opps..

came back recently from a trip to malacca with my friends =) enjoyed myself tremendously!! going out in such a big group is really very fun.. we explored the area around us.. there's night markets.. shopping centres.. places of heritage and lots more.. pity we couldnt stay longer n venture further.. but all in all.. its great!! (o_O) b

dragon dance competition is drawing nearer n nearer.. hope we can do our best and get back wat belongs to us.. * crosses fingers*

went vivocity ytd with baby to catch the prestige but unfortunately.. its damn crowded and dint manage to catch it there BUT we went suntec n managed to watch the movie.. its a terrific movie!! wow.. the two lead actors were bloody excellent!! everyone shld catch the movie!!

oh my god!! its been a long while since my shirt was drenched in smelly sticky sweat.. training was so damn long it ended at... 2!! AM!! oh man.. oh well.. as my fren said.. tht is the price we have to pay for commitment.. =)

baby~ HAPPY 8TH MONTH!! really seemed like yesterday when i first met u for hokkien mee n had my first lesson of sign language.. the laughter we had tht day was juz a prelude of more happiness to come.. =)

sometimes i looked at u n i cant help but feel lucky tht u are the one fate choosen for me =) though u can be whiny, lazy tempermental sometimes.. i still love u for who u r! =) well.. i guess u can say the same for me.. hahaha easily angered for no reason n quite a petty old man at times.. if u werent there to give in to me.. oh man.. i think i wouldnt have gotten over it so fast.. thks alot baby! know wat dear? i also look upon u as my pillar of strength n comfort n love~ hahha kinda mushy.. oh man..

(from the boon lay interchange) n caught the movie rob-b-hood.. d (o_O) b .. nice n warm n action packed n funny movie! jackie chan n the super tanned actor did a real job.. good chemistry between them n the oh-so-cute-i-wanna-bring-him-home baby matthew! hahahah ending wasnt wat the trailer made it out to be.. hahaha wat a relief..
